We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your request to access or correct your personal information within 30 business days of receiving your request and the corresponding processing fee.Please note that we may need to refuse access to your personal information in certain situations, such as where we are unable to confirm your identity or where the information requested is of a confidential business nature or where we receive repeat requests for the same information. However, we will inform you of the reasons why we will not be able to comply with your request.
