    • Your travel destination (to determine the nearest roaming network connection point to enable connection to our network to make calls and/or access our mobile data roaming services)
    • The status of the Products and/or Services that you have purchased from us or to which you have subscribed
    • How you use the Products and/or Service (for example traffic data such as numbers and addresses of calls and other communications sent and received by you and the date, duration, time and cost of such communications)
    • The amount of data you received and/or sent
    • The equipment you use to access our products and/or services (such as your mobile phone “International Mobile Equipment Identity” (IMEI), PBS SIM card “Integrated Circuit Card Identifier” (ICCID) to efficiently deliver the service and identify whether the service we provide to you has been activated.
    • Your personal interests and preferences to help us tailor our Product and/or Service offerings to best suit you
    • Recording of calls you made to our customer service hotline for service improvement and enhancement

However, please note that we will only disclose your personal information to our merchants and strategic partners where you have subscribed to particular services or products which require such disclosure, and/or where your consent has been obtained, subject at all times to any law (including regulations, guidelines and/or obligations) applicable to PBS. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our agreements with our merchants and/or strategic partners include appropriate confidentiality obligations. If you do not want your personal information to be used for marketing purposes or if you change your mind about your previous decision, please contact us via support@PBS.site. Your last written instructions will prevail.
    9. What happens if the personal information you have provided is incomplete?
    Where indicated (for example when registering online), it is mandatory to provide us with your personal information to enable us to process your request to register for our Products and/or Services. If you refuse to provide this mandatory personal information, we may not be able to process your application or provide you with our Products and/or Services.
    10. Your rights to access and correct your personal information
    We can help you access and correct your personal information that we hold. Where you wish to have access to your personal information in our possession, or where you believe that such personal information which we hold is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or, where applicable, not up to date, you can make a request. to us by contacting PBS Support via email support@PBS.site. You must quote your name, registered telephone number and provide brief details of the information you wish to obtain a copy of in any such request. We may charge a processing fee for searching for and providing you with access to your personal information to cover administrative costs. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your request to access or correct your personal information within 30 business days of receiving your request and the corresponding processing fee.Please note that we may need to refuse access to your personal information in certain situations, such as where we are unable to confirm your identity or where the information requested is of a confidential business nature or where we receive repeat requests for the same information. However, we will inform you of the reasons why we will not be able to comply with your request.

    You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information about yourself and any other person whose personal information you provide to us and for updating such personal information as it becomes incorrect or out of date by contacting PBS via support@PBS.com. This obligation is a condition of our supply of our Products and/or Services to you and/or any other person authorised or permitted by you or your organisation/company to use our Products and/or Services.

    In the event that you may need to provide us with personal information relating to third parties (for example relating to your spouse or children or where you are the designated person responsible (of an organisation or company) for dealing with us, if you acquire and are responsible for a service and/or product that they will use), you confirm that you have:

    12. Online Transactions with PBS

    “Cookies” We collect information about your use of our websites from cookies. Cookies are packets of information stored on your computer that make it easier to navigate your website by customizing the information on the site according to your needs. Cookies themselves do not identify the individual user, only the computer used. You do not have to accept cookies.     You agree to subscribe to our newsletter mailing list when you check the “Subscribe to newsletter” box during the registration process. You can easily unsubscribe from our promotional emails by using the “Unsubscribe Link” provided in each email, at no cost.
